The result of a quick late night tinker on photoshop, teaching myself how to make decent looking engravings. The logo is for the prog metal/djent band Periphery. I got the inspiration for this because I was listening to their awesome tunes and I think it’s a damn cool logo. Also did some tweaking of levels and colour gradient mapping to bring back a little of the ‘futuristic’ vibe of the logo. Many thanks to Enframed for the wonderful stone texture.
My first ever manga sketch, digitized on photoshop. Decided to experiment a little with texture overlays, and did a little shading to give it some depth. Again all credit should go to Mark Crilley for the original sketch tutorial, as can be seen in my earlier post here. Go check him out!
